OUR LEADERSHIP

Christian Transformers is led by a group of christian friends dedicated to building the best for Africans.

The founding members include Dr. Victor Manyim, Africa Director of Organizational Development Consulting- at International Leadership Foundation. He holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from the National Advanced School of Engineering of the University of Yaounde I, and a Doctor of Strategic Leadership degree from Regent University. He has coached various executives across Africa and beyond. As part of his rich experience, he has over 200 hours of leadership coaching, 500 hours of youth leadership facilitation. His passion for developing young leaders has driven him to influence more than 15.000 high school students in Cameroon through Young Leaders Coaching, a youth leadership development system he designed with a pan African team of scholars and youth and leadership experts.
